Bridge Education was recommended to me from a past temporary employee. She said they were absolutely amazing to deal with. Thanks to them she has now secured permanent employment in a job she loves. I have only been with Bridge Education for less than a month. They have worked very hard during this time to offer me various temporary contracts. The first contract I was assigned to was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend Bridge Education!

I was looking for work, applied for a Job Via an employment site then received a phone call from Sharon at Bridge. She was very helpful, listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect job. All the staff at bridge education are really helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you have all the help and support you need. I was recommended this agency from a colleague, and I'm so glad I joined with them. I would recommend this agency for anyone looking to do supply, whether primary or secondary, bridge will find you work. I get regular calls for work from them, and they will always try to give you advance notice when possible. They also provide free CPD training sessions, which are extremely useful and informative. Overall, great staff, great agency! If you are thinking of joining bridge, I would recommend it 100%! Thank you to all the staff at bridge education!

What is the most endearing feature of Bridge Education is that you are treated and valued as an individual not just a commodity like some of the other agencies. The schools have respect for us because of Bridge's professionalism and their ability to match personalities and abilities to the right position. There are fantastic CPD opportunities, which is welcome to me, as a number of the courses are on line I don't miss out on a days work. On a personal note I have been kept very busy which in todays climate is reassuring. Sharon and her team are very approachable and they have our interests at heart. Having worked with Sharon on and off for nearly ten years, is a testament to this wonderful company.

Bridge Education have been absolutely fantastic. I have worked for many agencies and by far they have been the best. They have always found me when work and made sure that I was happy. I highly recommend Bridge Education as a very professional and caring company. The staff have really impressed me with the effort and thought they put into finding me assignments. They really listen to you and always have time for you if you need a chat. I don't know what I would have done without them this year.

After quitting my teaching position due to mental ill health in the workplace, I was contacted by Bridge about registering. I teach a subject that's very sought after in supply but I declined. Something about Sharon made me call back a little later and that week I agreed to come in and register as a HLTA so that there were fewer pressures and expectations.I'd had to bring my toddler with me but everyone I spoke to in the office was super understanding and could relate to the position that I'd found myself in. Returning from maternity leave to find that the astronomical expectations meant that it was frowned upon for me to prioritise the needs of my own child.Sharon. Was. Lovely and she talked me into giving teaching work a try. Laura phoned me on the way home as they understood that I was quite reulctant and wobbly about the idea. But I registered on the Friday and I was in one school 2 days a week until the end of that term by Wednesday of the next week.I have since found my classroom confidence again. The office are fantastic at matching jobs to candidates. I've never felt pushed into going into a situation I was dead against the way some agencies do. The rate of pay is above what is considered the standard and I'm finding that as I develop my reputation with Bridge that my daily rate is incrementally increasing.All in all I have found them professional, personable and approachable and I'm so happy with my decision to work with them that they are the ONLY agency I work with

Cannot rate them highly enough. Within hours of enquiring about registration I was being offered a role to cover maternity leave. Great links with schools in the locality, personal and professional service. Made me feel at home immediately!

Extremely professional and caring. Bridge Education demonstrate high levels of care towards their supply staff.I received regular updates on job opportunities. They secured employment for me in good schools which diversified my experience. Equally, they were respectful of my preferences and ensured that I was happy with the opportunities presented to me.An agency I would highly recommend and have no qualms in highlighting as an effective organisation which promotes the well-being of its staff as well as ensuring that employment opportunities are offered in abundance.

Bridge Education are by far the number 1 teaching agency I have worked for. From my first meeting with one of the specialist teaching consultants I felt at ease and confident they would match my skills set with the right educational provider.Sharon, Leila and Laura have helped me imeasurably since I joined Bridge back in November. I will be taking advantage of the range of specific teaching courses that they have in place and look forward to working with all the staff in future. I’m confident that with the help of Bridge Education it won’t be long until I secure a long term position in my specialism.

I had been registered at a number of agencies prior to enrolling as a employee at Bridge education and found the whole experience changed my outlook.I met the girls at the office and they immediately made me feel at ease.They took all the hassle out of enrolling and made the whole bureaucracy side of things easy and sorted everything that was required with regards paperwork.Within a few days they offered myself different employment options locally and gave me the without pressure option of saying yes or no ,which in the past ,I felt that other agencies wanted me to take what ever they offered and I felt obliged to do so.I met Sharon the owner who was really down to earth with a good sense of humour which helped. I have had 4 placements to date within mainstream education ,supported education, long and short term contracts ,which suited my needs locally.I would highly recommend them for people searching for flexible employment and enjoy the familiarity of the company as they always know who I am and what I am looking for,without explanation.Large organisations dont seem to have the same ability to personalise the experience as they are too busy or large to get familiar with people on their books.I can call any of the girls or Sharon anytime and feel that they are listening.All I would say is give them a go and see if what I say is true.I look forward to my bonus .hahah ---thanks for reading

Bridge are a great agency to work for. The staff are friendly, helpful and are particularly skilled in matching work to personal requirements and preferences. I have worked for several teaching agencies over the last 12 years and would recommend Bridge to anyone looking to register with an agency.

Fantastic company to work for, they work with schools all over the North West and always endeavor to get everyone working. Very friendly and caring staff. A much more personal approach than other agencies. Bridge won't lie about false jobs to attract people in all jobs are real.
