It’s a relief when I speak to a consultant from Bridge Education because I know they are not going to give me the sales pitch. Instead, they do what I need them to do which is listen to me and what my school needs, if only other agencies could be more like them. They send the right people for the job and never under deliver. I feel finding a supply teacher is a huge responsibility, some agencies don’t complete their clearance for work procedures which I find very concerning. What I like about Bridge Education is that you can tell that they look after their supply teaching staff well. My experience in the past is that other agencies can short-change their supply staff and not pay them the going rates which can lead to grumpy supply teachers – the last thing we need.
