Bridge Education are the best supply teacher agency we have used because they send teaching staff with the right skills for the job. I hate to see a supply teacher without the relevant experience and skills for what we need, it makes life difficult and means the pupils don’t get the quality teaching they deserve. What I like about Bridge Education is that you can tell that they look after their supply teaching staff well. My experience in the past is that other agencies can short-change their supply staff and not pay them the going rates which can lead to grumpy supply teachers – the last thing we need.
